I wonder if any of my old class mates from Bro.Philip's class from the early 1950s will read this as I'm looking for any old class photos from those days.
Some of the people I can remember are Danny Monaghan, Kieran Connolly, Gus Lynch, Paddy O'Beirne, Francis Walpole, Jim Rooney, Aquinas Currid, Bobby Devaney, Christy Coyle, Michael McManus, Baldy McManus, Jim Finan, Michael Mooney from Jinks Avenue, Damian Bradley, Charlie Grandison, Harry and Seamus Monaghan, John Mulligan, Paddy Melly, John Flynn, Michael Stafford, Liam Tyman?,  ?? Culligan,  ?? Kennedy. I also remember two McGowan boys from Upper St.Brigid's but can't remember their first names.  After nearly 60 years it is hard to remember all the names so I would be grateful if anyone reading this would fill me in.  Sadly some of these old classmates will have gone on to a better life but those who are still alive will like me be in their late 60s and have children and grandchildren and maybe even great grandchildren.
There were a number of Home Boys in our class from the Nazareth House but I can only remember one name Danny Gorman.  Does anyone know what happened to him? 
I have some group photos of our class's picnic to Knocknarea and would be happy to send copies by e-mail to anyone who wants one.  If you have any photos of those days particularly a class photo I would be very happy to hear from you.
